Eco-system model, Porter's diamond model and supply chain are practical frames I use to evaluate a business' status, so does its potential & limitation.
Business Assessment
A well assessment consists of 4 perspectives: market, product, finance and strategy. TAM, PMF, PGF, PBF are also should be considered.
Project Management
WBS, CRM, Gantt, FMEA and backlog are tools I offen use. Coordination is also critical and what I'm good at as stakeholders are usually more than 50 in a hardware project.

Analysis
Data collecting, cleaning, organizing, analyzing and visualizing are neccessary steps for data processing, and automation is a must.

Plenty of project-teams I've managed includes R&D, deginers and ODM. Mentoring experience by being sergeant in Toastmasters significantly benefits team's performance.
Product Development
C(6)-system is widely used in hardware development. As an lecturer in ASUS, C6 methodology is the subject I shared and execute on each development project.
